Can I get replacement assembly instructions?

What happens if my order arrives damaged or missing parts?
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. While we do our best to design and package products for safe delivery, sometimes damages occur. Please save all of your paperwork and packaging materials and contact us immediately at

What is your return policy?
Please consider the following before considering a return:
There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returned product; and you are responsible for all shipping costs and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping.

What is your return shipping cost?
Original delivery fees are non-refundable. you will be responsible for a return freight fee. We will work with our shipping team to help get the best return shipping price.
May I return a used product?
Condition of Product
The returned product must arrive at our warehouse in its original condition to receive a full refund. Please retain all original packaging. That will make it easier for you to return it to us without shipping damage.
How to return a damaged or defective product?
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. We will make arrangements for a replacement or refund as necessary. A picture of the damaged item is required for a replacement or refund. Please send images to

Where do you deliver?
Our standard shipping rate includes delivery to the contiguous 48 states. At this time, we do not deliver to Canada or Puerto Rico.
How do I check my order status?
Order status will be sent via email. When order has shipped out from our Warehouse, we will email all tracking information.

We work with our shipping carriers to help get our customers the best shipping rates.
How can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund if your order is cancelled before it leaves our warehouse. Shipping fees are non-refundable if your order is cancelled after it has shipped out of our facility. If you purchased from a third party retailer, please reach out to their customer service first.
When can I receive my order?
When the product is in stock, it will be shipped in 3-5 business days. We will email a tracking number to let you know when the item is shipped.

We provide Front Door Parcel Delivery (e.g., UPS, USPS) to your delivery address.
